Welcome to Secto Design Oy’s image bank. Please read and accept the image bank’s terms of use prior to downloading and using images.
Use of the image bank is subject to registration, a User ID and Password. Secto Design Oy reserves the right to save and use the information provided by the user in its own operations.
The user is responsible for keeping his or her image bank User ID and Password safe. The User ID and Password may not be disclosed to third parties without Secto Design Oy’s consent.
The image bank includes materials protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights in which Secto Design Oy has a right to use. The user shall take all the steps necessary to prevent the unauthorised use of the materials in the image bank.
The user shall be responsible for the image bank materials used by him or her. Secto Design Oy shall not be held liable for any damages caused by the use of the images.
The materials in the image bank are intended for use only in publications related to Secto Design Oy’s products. The caption, credits or body of any article in which the images are used must include a mention of “Secto Design”.
The images in the image bank may be downloaded and used exclusively for the following purposes:
Use of the materials in the image bank for any purpose other than those specified above is subject to Secto Design Oy’s express prior written consent on a case-by-case basis.
Where images from the image bank are used in advertisements or brochures, we require that a draft is sent to us for review prior to publication.
The images may not be edited or modified, with the exception of cropping and minor colour adjustments required for printing.
The user shall ensure that the images are used only in publications with good print quality.
The images may not be used for any purpose that is in breach of the law or good practice or damaging to any company, person or brand.
Secto Design Oy reserves the right to modify the image bank and its contents, availability, terms of use and technical implementation without prior notification at any time.
Misuse of the image bank may result in denial of access to the image bank and legal consequences.
Any disputes arising from these terms of use shall be resolved under Finnish law.
